Fregoli Syndrome

Being neurotic has been an integral part of my life. There have been times when it’s been an asset, while other times exposed the weak side of my existence; in any case it has never hindered my learning. Every day you learn new things about life, whether you accept it or not it’s entirely your own wish. Everything happens for a reason and everybody you meet has a role in your life. If you do take the time to understand how these events and people affect you; the purpose of things might become slightly clear.

Taking forward this inquisitive nature, we want to know everything; we want to control everything. We tend to get so caught up in the past or worry so much about the future that we forget to enjoy the present. The natural outcome of this is that we forget to count our blessings. We forget that there is so much to be thankful for and comparisons are unhealthy standards for happiness.

Making that leap from just adopting styles and ideologies to actually think for yourself, is not easy, but the effort needs to be made. For all the budding feminist, ladies relax, you cannot change the way people think by alienating them, but by convincing them. And sorry, but PMS is a factor you can’t deny.
